[Also in Division F4] A conical base for a grain silo, sludge pit or water tank is composed of blocks 1, 2, 3 which have the overall shape shown and are provided with interlocking surfaces such as 12, 13, passageways 10 between the plane sides 7, 8 thereof and openings 11 in the top giving access to the passageways 10 for the introduction of concrete or passage of air for grain drying purposes. The blocks are made of concrete and provided with grooves 15 for the location of positioning or reinforcing bonds 14, 16.
