Abstract

[Also in Division H3] A stablized power supply for logic circuits (see Division H3) comprises a series transistor 30, Fig.5 supplied at its collector with A.C. rectified and filtered to only 20% and having a chain of diodes 28 on its base. If the collector voltage is 4V Œ 20%, the output voltage U<SP>1</SP> will be 3V. A subsidiary voltage equal to 1À5V independent of load current is supplied by unit 26. This comprises Fig.6 a pair of equal resistors 36, 38 across the input with transistors connected as shown to make the division ratio independent of the current taken.
