Abstract

1,177,252. Fluid actuation of switches. PERKIN-ELMER CORP. 20 Feb., 1967 [21 Feb., 1966], No. 8009/67. Heading H1N. Contacts 32, 34 are actuated by a bellows 12 sealed to a boss 20 having inlet and outlet ports 24, 25 permitting fluid flow through the bellows. The space 44 between the bellows and an outer cover 45 may be evacuated or connected to a variable pressure source.
