[Also in Division F3] A device for cutting the wires 5b of a wire guided missile (see Division F3) comprises a cutter 14 which is driven down the bore 16, to cut the plastics sleeve 17 and the wire passing therethrough, when the cartridge 12 is detonated electrically by the wires 5a. The device is located in a frame 8 resiliently connected to a part 20 of the launcher tube and which acts as an anchorage for the wire.
