[Also in Division F4] A ceiling comprises one or more supporting members 1 having a series of parallel slots 3 and a series of unslotted curved slats 2 engaged in the slots, the shape of the slots and the curvature of the slats being such that the slats are deformed when they are inserted into the slots and are held therein by their own spring tension. The slots may have undulating sides, as shown, the lateral separation of the peaks 4, 5 corresponding to the thickness of the slats.
