Abstract

1,166,469. Spring clips. WOODS OF COLCHESTER Ltd. 30 Jan., 1968 [16 Dec., 19661, No. 56462/66. Heading E2B. [Also in Divisions F2 and F4] An outer surround 44 of an extractor fan is secured against an outer flange of a gasket 30 by two or more spring clips 59, each clip being slid into a slot 60 of a corresponding lug 51 which projects through the window opening and the leading arm of the' clip engaging an inner flange of the gasket 30. The clips 59 are bent from spring metal strip and include stamped out spring fingers 62 which prevent withdrawal of the clips from the slots 60.
