Abstract
1,165,458. Perforating plastics material. POLYPLASTE H. ROLF SPRANGER K.G. 22 June, 1967, No. 28873/67. Headings B4B and B5A. In a method of producing fine nozzle openings in a plastics nozzle body 4, a spark is discharged through the body between the tapered ends of two electrodes 1 and 5, e.g. of tungsten-silvernickel alloy. One or both of the electrodes may have a bore through which a stream of gas passes. The gas may be hot and the electrodes may be heated.
