1,157,948. 2,4,6 - Trifluoro - 5 - chloro - pyrimidine. FARBENFABRIKEN BAYER A.G. 2 Nov., 1967 [25 March, 1967], No. 49899/67. Heading C2C. 2,4,6 - Trifluoro - 5 - chloropyrimidine is prepared by reacting tetrachloropyrimidine with sodium fluoride at from about 250‹ to about 300‹ C. 2,4-Difiuoro-5,6-dichloropyrimidine may be obtained as a by-product.
