A tubular boring bit for drilling stone or concrete, comprises a nose 3, which terminates in an annular frusto-conical cutting face 4 set with diamonds. Water, or air mixed with water, passes through a shaft 5, over the cutter face, and out along the outside of the bit, taking the drilling grit with it.
