1,154,955. Curtains. CLELAND BROS. & CO. Ltd. 4 Oct., 1967 [20 Dec., 1966], No. 57077/66. Heading A4S. [Also in Division D1] A curtain, formed of a material including synthetic thermoplastics fibres, has parallel spaced permanent creases 2 and spaced hole 3 for passage of a suspensory rod or wire 5. The holes are formed during knitting or weaving or the pleating mechanism may include a punching or burning device by which the holes are formed before or after pleating. In modifications holes are provided at opposite edges of the curtain or the curtain, as packaged for sale, has a tape threaded through the holes for attachment to the rod or wire for transfer of the curtain thereto.
