[Also in Division Cl] The invention comprises the compound N-chloro isocyanide dichloride, which may be used as a fungistat, causing total inhibition of growth of Alternaria tenuis, Fusarium cubene, Cochliobolus miyab., Botrytis cinerea, Piricularia oryzae, Cercospora musae, Cercospora personata, Phialophora cinerescens, Cercospora coefficolam and Verticillium albo atrum at concentrations of only 10 p.p.m.
