To improve the conductorresin contact, the surface of each conductor can be treated in various ways such as shot blasting or priming with paint. A deformable layer may be applied on to each conductor, adherent to the conductor but not to the resin, so that when the resin shrinks on to the deformable layer on setting a perfect seal will result.
