[Also in Division F4] In a temperature controlling machine for processing fat containing fluid media, e.g. chocolate, a heat exchanger comprises inner and outer concentric cylinders 13, 12 respectively, heating or cooling water circuits (not shown) being provided for the cylinders, and a slotted rotatable mixing pipe 15 mounted between and eccentrically to the cylinders 12, 13, the fluid media being driven through the space between the cylinders by a compressor.
