Abstract

1,151,984. Brushes. OSBORN MFG. CO. 21 Feb., 1968 [27 Feb., 1967], No. 8439/68. Heading A4K. Twisted wire tufts 6, in a rotary cup brush, are loosely mounted, in chamfered radially elongated holes 5 in a disc 4, so that they may swing, during use, within the limits determined by outer and inner flanges 1 and 8. The tufts may be individually impregnated with foamed polyurethane and need not then be twisted.
