1149962 Gas liquefaction apparatus BRITISH OXYGEN CO Ltd 22 July 1966 [30 July 1965] 32783/65 Headings F4H and HG13 A permanent gas, e.g., air, liquefaction apparatus comprises a single length of helically wound capillary tubing 11 doubled into a U-shaped element 10 which is then wound helically round a mandrel 12 and inserted in a Dewar flask 23; the free ends of the tubing 11 being sealed into a header 13 to which is admitted compressed air and the base of the element 10 being apertured to provide an expansion orifice 24.
