Abstract
1,148,236. Two part spinning or twisting ring. SFB SCHWAEBISCHE FORMDREHTEILE G.m.b.H. 25 Sept., 1967 [13 Oct., 1966], No. 43525/67. Heading D1D. A spinning or twisting ring consists of an upper part 1 of sheet metal detachably coupled to a lower part 2, the upper part having a ring flange 7, a cylindrical web 6 and an enlarged shoulder 9 which has an inside width which corresponds to the outside diameter of the lower part. Raised portions 12 may be provided inside the upper part to resiliently engage in recesses in the outer surface of the lower part The lower part may be a worn standard spinning ring having a ring flange 10, or may be a circular cylinder (Fig. 2).
