1,147,448. Cartridge-fuse holders. BILL SWITCHGEAR Ltd., and L. S. HUMPHRIES. 29 June, 1966 [29 June, 1965], No. 27426/65. Heading H2G. A cartridge-fuse holder comprises a moulded plastics body 10, e.g. of phenolic resin, having a fuse-accommodating cavity with a platform 13 at each end, the connecting tags 14 of a cartridge-fuse and corresponding contacts 17 being located by upstanding lugs 20 on the platforms and screwed to each platform 13 such that the distance between the inner edges of the contacts 17 is less than the length of the cavity. A channel around the inside of the body 10 receives a co-operating shroud of a fuse box into which the holder is plugged.
