Prestressed concrete tube sections are secured in end to end relationship to provide a first passageway for vehicles through the tube and a second way on a substantially flat surface above the tube. The joined tubular sections may have curved or linear walls and be supported on columns above the ground. Linear induction propelled vehicles may be used within the tube.
