A graft polymer is produced by copolymerizing a vinyl or vinylidene aromatic compound with a mixture comprising 10-90% of an SBR rubber and 90-10% of a polybutadiene rubber which comprises 36-37% of units derived from 1,4-cis-addition 51-52% of units derived from 1,4-trans-addition and 11-12% of units derived from 1,2-addition, the total amount of rubbers present being 1 to 30% of the total weight of the vinyl or vinylidene aromatic compound and the rubbers.
