Abstract

113,630. Jeaffreson, H. C. Jan. 16, 1917. Locking nuts. - The screwed cap of a lubricator is retained in position by a spring member c, one end of which forms a loop d around the stem of the lubricator, while the other end engages beneath the rim, notches in the rim, on the top of the rim of the cap. The member c may be formed as a helix surrounding the lubricator a, b as shown in Fig. 2, or arranged externally to the lubricator, or constructed as shown in Fig. 4.
