Abstract

1,135,574. Gas burners. GEO. BRAY & CO. Ltd. 4 Oct., 1966 [7 Oct., 1965], No. 42609/65. Heading F4T. A gas burner assembly includes an injector 1 mounted in a metal holder 2 and producing a fan-shaped or laminar stream of gas, and a head having two inwardly sloping upwardly extending walls 8 of arcuate section, the edges of which define a substantially semi-circular slot 9 which is orientated at right-angles to the laminar gas stream by means of indentations 7 in the hexagonal skirt portion of the head which engage in grooves 4 in the holder 2.
