113,545. Torr, J. G. April 23, 1917. Tripod stands.-The legs of tripods are held extended by arms 6 pivoted to a central boss 9 and to clips 16 on the legs, the inner ends of the arms 6 being locked by the head 10 of a screw which screws into the boss. One or more of the arms 6 may be extensible.
