Be it known that we, ROBERT Y. BARROWS, a citizen of the United States of America, residing in the town of Rutherford, in the county of Bergen and State of New Jersey, and GEORGE V. STRAHAN, a citizen of the United States of America, residing in the city of Newark, in the county of Essex and- State of New Jersey, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Wall- Plate for Lighting-Fixtures, of which the following description, in connection with Specification for Design.
