Abstract
1,130,818. Temperature responsive actuating elements. RANCO Inc. April 7, 1967 [April 26, 1966], No.16162/67. Heading G1D. [Also in Division H1] A thermally responsive control device is similar to that described in Specification 1, 028, 369 except that the non wettable material in the capillary tube comprises small particles of polytetrafluoroethylene, nylon, &c. The particles are dispersed in the liquid in the capillary tube and permit vapour bubbles to form in the liquid before the boiling point is reached.
