Abstract

Compounds of the general formula <FORM:1123900/C2/1> (wherein R1 and R2 taken separately are C1- 4 alkyl and taken together with <FORM:1123900/C2/2> constitute an unsubstituted or methyl or dimethyl substituted 1-pyrrolidinyl, piperidino or morpholino group) and their acid addition salts are prepared by reacting a compound of the formula <FORM:1123900/C2/3> (wherein Hal is halogen) with a compound of the formula <FORM:1123900/C2/4> (wherein X is alkyl) and hydrolysing the product, optionally followed by salt formation. The tertiary amino groups substituting the benzene rings are alike and may be the same as or different from the third amino group. The compounds of the invention have anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory activity, and may be administered in the form of pharmaceutical preparations containing them together with a carrier.
