Abstract

1,123,667. Ventilator grilles. GEBRUEDER TROX G.m.b.H. 15 Sept., 1966 [24 Sept., 1965], No. 41200/66. Heading F4V. A frame 5 of a ventilator grating is fixed to the rear flange 4 of a frame 1 lying against a wall by means of a clamping strip 17 operated by a screw on which the strip is mounted. The strip has a synthetic plastics sheath 19 which produces a braking effect so that the strip 17 will not hang loosely on the screw. The screw is carried in a housing 10 secured to the frame 5. To fix the frame 5 in position the screw is turned to engage the strip 17 behind the rear flange 4 and further turning of the screw tightens the strip. A seal 7 is provided beneath a flange 6 on the frame 5.
