Abstract

Pockets 70, 71 for receiving strip media on which information is recorded in magnetic, photographic or punched form are formed by a spacing member sandwiched between facing and backing members which have lands 87-90 along the longitudinal edges thereof for selection purposes. Each record strip is secured to a movable member 73 within the pocket, the member 73 having an aperture 76 in alignment with a slot 75 in the pocket to facilitate removal of the strip from the pocket. Protruberances 77 hold the movable member at the closed end of the pocket. Notches 78, 79 are used for aligning a plurality of such strip containers in a magazine, the containers being held separated by means of external protruberances 80.
