[Also in Division G2] A protective glass is held in an opening of a welder's mask or the like by means of a number of elastic plugs each comprising a stem 7 having a head 8 at one end and an intermediate flange 9 such that when the plug is pulled through a hole in the mask adjacent the opening the head 8 and the flange 9 engage the inner and outer surfaces of the mask respectively, the head 8 being sufficiently large to extend over part of the protective glass and thus retain it in position.
