Abstract

1,110,601. Removable window for doublesash windows. D. TAYLOR. 15 March, 1965 [20 Feb., 1964], No. 7089/64. Heading E1J. A removable sash for insertion into a window aperture of a building structure, comprises a frame 20 having around its peripheral edge, a channel 12 seating an inflatable tube 10 inflated through a valve 70 to form a seal between the frame and the wall of the window aperture and the handle 80 at each side of the frame to facilitate offering the frame to the aperture and its adjustment prior to inflation of the tube. Corner pieces (50 Fig. 1) fill the corners between the tube and the wall of the aperture.
