Abstract
1,108,368. Thyristor circuits. PROMOTECHNIC A.G. 20 May, 1965 [20 May, 1964; 30 Sept., 1964], No. 21331/65. Heading H3T. [Also in Division G1] An arrangement for detecting a current or voltage, which may be in the form of a very short pulse, is contained in a conductive casing 1, the input 4 being insulated from the casing and connected to a high impedance input circuit incorporating a transistor 3. This input transistor is connected to a transistor amplifier 8, 9, which supplies an output signal to trigger a thyristor 22, which actuates a lamp 20 outside the conductive casing. The input voltage level detected by the arrangement is adjustable by the potentiometer 19. Input voltages to be tested by the arrangement may be applied to the terminal 4 either capacitively or through a high resistance.
