Fatty oils, extracting by pressure.-Liquids ara expressed from fish refuse by the process claimed in claims 1, 2 and 4 of the parent Specification. In carrying out the process, the materials are first pressed at a pressure up to 1/2 ton per sq. in., steam is passed through the materials, the steam being admitted at a pressure up to 200 lb. per sq. in. and at a temperature up to 380‹ F., and finally a pressure up to 2 tons per sq. in. is applied.
