110,436. Larman, F. G. Nov. 25, 1916. Suspensory bandages.-The pouch of a suspensory bandage comprises a substantially rectangular piece of fabric a folded in half and the two halves secured together only at the parts a', leaving the lower corners a<2> open. The pouch is suspended from strips of fabric d, d connected together by elastic braiding e and permanently or detachably connected to a belt f. Loops b<1> on the back of the pouch are passed through holes j in the strips d and through loops b on the front of the pouch and are connected to buttons or other fastenings h on the strips d. An upper elastic strip g may be employed and a central supporting tape connected only at its upper ends to the pouch may be fitted. In modifications, the strips d and elastic c may be replaced by a single pelvic strip or by two superposed strips.
