109,313. Holt, W. F. Sept. 13. 1916. Locking - apparatus for steering - gear. - The steering wheels of a vehicle adapted to travel on road and rail are locked against steering movement when the vehicle is to travel on rails by the engagement of a bell-crank 18 pivoted on the fixed axle 9 with a pair of stops 16 on the rod 12 connecting the stub axles 7. The bellcrank 18 is operated by a connecting-rod 21.
