Abstract

A self-propelling concentrated food product is applied directly to another surface in an aerosol medium, the amount of product and the physical area over which it is dispensed being controlled, the food product not being edible in its concentrated form but becoming edible when it is applied to said surface. The control means may be a metering valve on the aerosol container. The invention is particularly directed to artificial sweeteners such as salts of saccharin; Ca or Na cyclohexylsulphamate, sorbitol, mannitol or dulcin.
