A duct 10 for carrying lagged pipes 18 is formed of cast semi-circular or channel-shaped sections 11, 12 which interfit along a diametrical plane 13 and a rod 15 which seats in a boss 14 mounts a transversely-extending bracket 17 adjustable vertically by the rotation of a nut 16 or by rotation of the rod when the nut is fixed to the bracket. The sections 11, 12 are secured together by bands 20, 21 or by nut and bolts at the diametrical plane 13, and the free ends of the bracket may engage the wall of the section 12.
