Abstract

1,082,003. Bracelets. SMITH EWEN & STYLIC Ltd. April 14, 1966 [April 14, 1965], No. 15936/65. Heading A3H. A bracelet comprises two hinged, tubular, arcaute portions 1, 2 the free ends of which have a plate 5, 10 which have a spring clasp 8 and an aperture therefor respectively. The aperture is in three parts 11, 12, 13 of increasing width and the spring clasp when closing the bracelet passes through the portion 13 and when shoulders 8a on the clasp are behind the plate 14, spring engages the narrower portion 12. The stem of the finger piece 9 of the clasp engages in the portion 11. A resilient, metal strip 15 passes through slots in the plates and has bent up tongues which prevent its complete withdrawal from the tubular portions 1, 2.
