1,080,621. Fencing panels; tent-like buildings. SWYFTITE Ltd. June 25, 1965 [July 1, 1964], No. 27118/64. Headings E1A and E1B. A panel for constructing barriers, gates or temporary buildings comprises a rectangular frame formed of end pairs of upright steel angles 10 interconnected by upper lower transverse T-bars 11, and a covering 12 of impregnated canvas or synthetic resin sheeting which is supported by intermediate wooden spacer uprights 13. The covering is held by clips (not shown) and may have a wire or resin-fibre reinforcement mesh 14. The covering 12 may overlap the frame along one edge to provide a flap covering the joint with an adjacent panel. A temporary building, Figs. 3, 4 (not shown) may comprise H or channel-section uprights anchored by spikes and having its walls and pitched roof formed of the panels shown. Ventilation apertures may be covered with canvas or other screens, and a floor of synthetic resin material may be provided. For use with animals a wire fence may be erected within the building to protect its walls.
