107,657. Burn, H. A., and Jones, T. I. July 13, 1916. Cup-and-ball and like toys.-In a toy of the kind comprising a ring secured to a stick bv a flexible connexion, the stick is provided with one or more lateral projections or pegs so that, by swinging the ring around the stick and allowing the string to wind on the stick, the ring can be caused to engage the peg, or one of the pegs. As shown, the tapered stick A has a square portion C just above the handle B, and two pegs D, E are passed through the portion C at right-angles. A member with openings, numbered for scoring purposes, may be used instead of a ring G.
