Abstract
1,075,912. Container with stereoscope. S. GLœCK. March 7, 1966 [March 5, 1965], No. 9876/66. Heading B8P. [Also in Division G2] A container has a pair of lenses on one side for viewing in perspective pairs of pictures on an opposite side, that part of the container which thus forms a stereoscope being separated by a partition from the remaining part in which goods are packed. The container may be a drawer and shell, Fig. 1 (not shown), with the viewer compartment lying below an intermediate floor of the shell, or of tubular form, Fig. 6 (not shown), the viewer compartment being at one end and the pictures mounted on a drum insertable and rotatable in said end. In a further modification, Fig. 3 (not shown), the pictures are mounted on a dial on an end wall opposite the end wall containing the lenses, the dial being rotatable from outside the box. There may be a window in the container through which explanatory text related to the picture can be read. The pictures may be educational &c.
