Abstract

An air humidifier comprising a vessel containing water and electrodes which during use are supplied with electricity to evaporate the water, the electrodes being carried by a lid screwed on to the neck of the vessel and provided with electrical contacts so that the current is switched off when the lid is removed and vice versa.
