Abstract
The subject-matter of this specification is included in that of the parent specification, but the claims are concerned with a manifolding base sheet having a transfer coating adhered to one side thereof. The coating can be transferred from the surface of the base sheet to a receiving surface by writing pressure, and comprises finely divided inorganic particles predominantly of the platelet type bound together and to the base by between 2 and 15% of adhesive by weight of the platelet particles. The adhesive contains at least 20% by weight of a synthetic-resin or cellulose ester adhesive with a glass-transition temperature below 40 DEG C.
