Abstract

1,071,312. Safety razors. C. C. GILBERT. April 21, 1966. [Feb. 1, 1965], No. 4265/65. Heading B4B. A razor is provided with a roller 5 at one or each edge of the slotted plate 4 and with a sponge or like absorbent material 9 engaging the roller. The or each roller may be perforated, e.g. made porous or made of a porous material. The plate 4 has integrally formed therewith or secured thereto, e.g. by screws 8, a lather chamber 11 provided with members 10 to each of which a sponge &c. 9 is secured. Rollers 2, which may be fluted, are mounted on the plate 1.
