Abstract

In the tar &c. spraying apparatus of Specification 1,017,173 the relatively moving spray bars each carry a downwardly extending shield on the trailing side, the shields being movable with the bars in and out of overlapping relationship. A manstand behind the rearmost bar may also comprise telescopic sections moving with the bars.
