Abstract
1,066,463. Transistor logic circuits. H. SCHAFFNER. Oct. 9, 1963 [Oct. 12. 1962], No. 39894/63. Heading H3T. A logic module comprises an input transistor of one conductivity type controlling a number of output transistors of the complementary type, the module being manufactured with the input terminal unconnected externally of the module and the output electrodes of the output transistors connected only to output terminals. The two-stage embodiment shown in Fig. 3 may be modified in that transistors 37 are fed from an additional transistor having its base driven from the emitter of 31 (Fig. 4, not shown). Figs. 1 and 2 (not shown) illustrate single-stage embodiments in which the input transistor has a stabilizing bias derived from diodes and in which the output transistors have base biasing resistors connected to the collector supply. The output transistors are connected to operate relays.
