In a floor covering or duck board formed of inter-engaged, moulded, resilient, synthetic resin units A to E, the upper and lower surfaces are formed by the edges of vertical webs. Each unit consists of a plurality of rectangular members, open on upper and lower surfaces and formed of a strip-like vertical web, connected by horizontal webs spaced from the upper and lower surfaces. Additional vertical webs project normal to the horizontal webs and to transverse reinforcements in the rectangular members. The units are interengaged, A, C and E being inverted, endto-end by projecting studs and apertures, or slots, near the ends of the rectangular members, and side-by-side by a vertical flange on a horizontal web at one side of each unit engaging L-shaped lugs on an adjacent unit.
