Cooling-chambers.-An inner sliding door H mounted on or suspended from rollers running on rails is arranged close to the wall G of a refrigerator so as to cover the opening I of the usual hinged outer door A, to prevent rise of temperature when the outer door is open. For large refrigerators the inner door is preferably glazed. According to the Provisional Specification, a sliding door may be used alone, instead of a hinged door, for circular or rectangular refrigerators.
