A destination label comprises a designation portion 10 having a T-shaped slit 13 therein, and a wrapping portion 11 having a partcircular head 12, which is passed through the slit 13 to secure the label, e.g. to a suitcase handle. The top of the T-slit 13 is shorter, and the stem of the T-slit is shorter, longer, or the same length as the diameter of the head 12.
