Abstract

[Also in Division H3] In a push-button wave-change and tuning device for telecommunication equipment, each push-button comprises a sleeve 6 which can be rotated to one of three positions (located by tongue 19 and grooves 18) such that upon depression of the button one pair of steps 12, 13 or 14, 15 or 16, 17 engage lugs 10 and 11 to rock a frame 8 about transverse axis 9 and operate a three-position switch 22. Depression of a button 6 releases a respective concentric tuning knob 3 (see Division H3) to become accessible for adjusting a tuning member 5 by means of spindle 4. The spring return of button 3 and a slightly modified arrangement of sleeve 6 is described (Figs. 3 to 6, not shown).
