[Also in Division H1] A ceramic article free from iron, cobalt and nickel comprises compounds of either of the formulµ Pb(Ti x Zr 1-x )O 3 or Pb(Ti x Zr y Sn z )O 3 , x being 0À1 to 0À6; y 0-0À9; and z 0 to to 0À65; x + y + z being 1, and in which part of the lead is optionally replaced by less than 30 atom per cent of at least one of Sr, Ca and Ba, also contains 0À2 to 20% of tungsten oxide.
