1,044,360. Wigs etc.; false hair. SOLIDA TEXTIL-UND NETZWAREN-MANUFAKTUR RUTHARD DIETZE KOMM. GES. Oct. 21, 1964 [Nov. 7, 1963], No. 42989/64. Heading A4V. A wig or false hair part comprises a mixture of polyamide filaments, e.g. nylon, and artificial rayon filaments, preferably in equal proportions and with natural hair included in the mixture. A strand of polyamide filaments, permanently precurled by steam and/or heat treatment and a strand of uncurled rayon filaments the surface of the rayon filaments being dulled, are mixed in the hand, by pressing the strands into each other, and completely mixed by combing. The mixture of filaments, in tufts or individually, is then drawn through a tulle base by hand, or plaited and secured to a base by a sewing machine. If desired the filaments are mixed by a mixing machine.
